Before Class

• Be sure to eat a light snack and hydrate before class. Make sure you bring a water bottle and possibly a sweat towel.

• Wear pants, leggings or capris that are comfortable (no shorts) and a workout tank or t-shirt.

• Show up 15 minutes early to get checked in.

• Please bring your sticky socks. Grip socks are required and can be purchased in the studio if you do not have a pair already.

• Meet your instructor! They will help set you up and help you feel comfortable about class and the class “lingo”. Let them know if you have any injuries and they’ll give you some pointers on how to make the most of your class.

During Class

• Each class ranges between 45 min and 50 min long.
• Our classes are musically driven. Our Instructors will demo and use hands on corrections to help instruct you during class.
• Have fun! Bring a positive attitude. The studio is a judgment-free zone so do what’s best for YOU.

After Class

• Plan on sticking around for the instructor-led stretch.
• Do a little shopping! We carry some fun brands.
• Let us know about your experience. Our instructors can help give you information on promotions, upcoming events, and can help you book your next class!
