PH Policies

  • Scheduling can be done 30 days in advance prior to class.

  • We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for safety reasons.

    NO exceptions will be made.

  • You must cancel your class 6 hours or more prior to class start time in order to un-reserve your spot and return it to your account.

    Once your spot is canceled it is bookable for others and if you are a class card holder the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.

    If you late-cancel less than 6 hours prior to class start time, members will be charged $25 and class card holders will lose a session.

    All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

  • SINGLE CLASS & CLASS PACKAGES: if you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

    MEMBERSHIPS: If you do not show up to class this is considered a No-Show. You will be charged $25. All no show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

    WORKSHOPS & RETREATS: You must cancel within 24 hours or more to receive credit for another workshop. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the cost of the workshop or retreat will be deducted from your account.

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.

    We do NOT offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages or Unlimited Memberships.

    We offer exchanges or store credit ONLY on retail.

  • All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

    All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

    All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops may not to be shared with any other student, client or member.Item description

  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

    Contracts have a 3 month commitment for the Fitness membership and 6 month commitment for the VIP Membership. To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 30-day notice is required. Email marissa@phbarrepilates.com to cancel or skip.

    Memberships begin on date you take your first class after you purchase.
